Blue Sea Philanthropy does not sell, rent or lease personal donor or participant information for any reason.
Donor contact information is retained in order to issue tax receipts and for administrative communication with the donor as required by law.
Event information is stored and retained in our system, permitting participants to view their own supporters in past events when participating in subsequent years.
Registrant information may be disclosed to staff or location leader volunteers for the purpose of answering inquiries, the safe operation of events, and for follow-up purposes.
Participants in our events will be offered the opportunity to receive regular communication from Blue Sea Philanthropy but event donors will never be placed on an email or direct mail distribution list without opting in.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
